1. When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it? We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
2. Do I need to guarantee my reservation? Yes, provide a credit card or debit card at time of booking.
3. What credit cards do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
4. What are your check in/out times? Check in: 3 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m.
5. How many rooms do you have? 18 Standard Rooms, 23 Deluxe Rooms, 3 Deluxe w/ Jacuzzi, 4 Economy Rooms, and 20 single room suites
6. Can I get connecting rooms? Yes, some of our deluxe rooms with two queen beds are adjoining. Also, Suites: 1 room has 2 queens and the 2nd room has 1 king bed.
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
You can have four people in a double room or five people in a double suite.
9. Do you have coffee makers in the room? No. Coffee and tea available 24 hours a day (lobby area)

13. How many meeting attendees can you handle? 125 people in the ballroom, 14 people in the Executive Meeting Room, and 25 in the Conference Room
14. How many meeting rooms do you have? 3 meeting rooms
15. Do you have a fitness center? 24/7 Fitness complex. The complex is equipped with an indoor pool, cardio equipment, nautilus machine, free weights, indoor cycling, racquetball court, sauna and steam room.
